Overview

Welcome to the A.R.G. shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. These terms help keep everything clear, fair, and smooth for everyone.

1. Products
All items in this shop are printed to order through trusted fulfilment partners (such as Printful or Printify).

Colours and sizing may vary slightly from the product images due to screen differences and print variations.

If you have questions about a product before ordering, please get in touch.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise noted.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal.

Your payment information is handled only by these providers—never stored by this shop.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received.

4. Production & Shipping

Because items are made to order:

Production takes 2–5 business days

Shipping times vary by location:

Australia: 3–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. More details are available on the Shipping Policy page.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production (usually within a few hours of purchase).

If you need to request a cancellation quickly, please email right away and I’ll do my best—though cancellation is not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because products are printed to order, returns for change of mind are not available.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product photos, please contact me within 14 days with a photo of the issue.

I will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Check tracking (if provided)

Contact me so I can follow up with the fulfiller

Missing packages will be replaced at no cost once confirmed lost.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for processing your order or contacting you if needed.

I do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, design, text, and images in the shop—including Anxious Creatures and related illustrations—are the intellectual property of A.R.G.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
